Eden Method
Also known as the Eden Energy Medicine, was founded by Donna Eden, an energy healer and pioneer in the self-empowerment movement and Energy Medicine's holistic approach to health. Donna has seen energy all her life and decided to share her discoveries of what she sees with the world through her school. Her husband David Feinstien also plays a very important role in Eden Method as he has bridged his psychology degree and energy medicine together and created Energy Medicine Psychology.
As an Energy Method Practitioner my approach is to communicate with your energy systems through "energy testing" and optimize balance for health and well-being. The techniques used during a session are based on 9 energy systems that make up our energy body. A few of these system may sound familiar and are well know throughout the world such as, chakras, meridians (which include acupuncture points), and aura. Each system can be communicated with and supported through techniques that include simple movements, light touch, holding, pressing upon, tracing, or circling on or over specific areas. Many of the techniques used can be continued at home to deepen the work and build resiliency within your whole being.

Biofield Tuning
Biofield Tuning was developed by pioneer, author, and inventor Eileen McKusick. It is an innovative technique that works with the "biofield" also known as your electromagnetic field or aura. All living things have an electrical charge. Anything with an electrical charge creates a biofield, so that includes us. With the use of sound frequencies from the tuning forks, the body and energy systems can come back into balance through resonance created by the tuning forks in a process called entrainment.
When we experience a moment in life that hasn't finished processing, those moments can get stuck in our body and biofield. This causes distortion to our natural harmony and creates what we experience in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body as pain, confusion, dis-ease, and more. Fractals of us become entangled and held there like a record keeper of our experience. These records are aligned in chronological order within our biofield like rings on a tree, allowing us to map out our experiences. When the coherent sound of the fork comes into connection with these entanglements, the tone of the fork will shift. The bodies innate wisdom then hears the "noise" (sound that is incoherent) and brings it back into its natural state of resonance with the balanced (coherent) sound of the fork. This process is called entrainment. The forks then guides these pieces of you back into your center where you become more of the light you are. From here, you have more space to move and flow, allowing for health and wellness to ignite. Many people report that after a tuning session they feel more grounded, connected, and lighter.

Crystal Therapy
Crystal Therapy is a energy/vibrational medicine modality that uses the stable frequencies of crystals and stones. Crystals have a beautiful ability to enhance healing response and restore your energies to a harmonious state. Since crystals have a stable energetic template when you bring them into the field of the body it begins to entrain the energies around it to go into a more balanced state. From here healing begins to take place. Each Crystal has its own unique vibration and when matched with certain parts of the body or energy field it invokes sensations of calm, relaxation, clarity, and more.
